Your hair must be clean and dry: Please arrive to your hair color appointment with clean, fully dried hair that’s free of any styling products. *If you arrive with dirty and/or damp hair, you will be charged additionally for a clarifying shampoo, and a pre-color blowdry. My Policies
NO SERVICE REFUNDS: To ensure the most favorable outcome, I perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales and deposits are final.
REFUND POLICY ON RETAIL PRODUCTS: It is my pleasure to provide you with a store credit within ten days of a retail purchase made through me, if the product is accompanied by the original receipt and remains sealed, unopened and unused. Open items are considered contaminated therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges. Conditionally, open products may be returned for a store credit should you have an adverse reaction. However, this is contingent upon an additional scheduled consultation to review product usage and home care regimen.
DUTY TO INFORM: Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Artsian Grae LLC will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
CANCELATION / NO-SHOW / LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: I ask that you provide me with at lease 24 hours written notice (provided via text: +1 207-307-0542) if you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment. I do not charge fees to clients who need to cancel, but I do ask for open communication, respect, and consideration for my time and business. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show. Please understand that multiple cancelation requests, or appointment no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
